 Areas Served: Alleghany, Clifton Forge & Covington. The Infant and Toddler Connection of the Alleghany Highlands coordinates early intervention services for infants and toddlers, 0-3 with developmental delays, diagnosed conditions or atypical development. Services may include developmental screenings - evaluation - service coordination and other services to meet the child and family's needs.
