Description of Service:	Areas Served: Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa & Nelson. This program provides evaluation and intervention services for families, infants, and toddlers birth through age three who have been diagnosed or are suspected or having developmental delays. Federally funded by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
